Alia Bhatt ‘s BFF and actress Akansha Ranjan Kapoor has been rumoured to be dating filmmaker Sharan Sharma for quite some time now. Though she has been quite open about her love affair in her socal circle, she never talked about it on public platform. Well, on Sharan’s birthday today i.e March 27, she made the move and made it official. Yes, she professed her love for Sharan out and loud with a mushy video post.

Taking to Instagram, she dropped an adorable video wherein she could be seen hugging Sharan as she was being clicked at a restaurant. On other hand, the filmmaker is seen blushing as Akansha gives him a peck on his cheek. “I love you like a fat kid love cake happy birthday” she captioned the post. Soon after her close friend and actress Vaani Kapoor commented, “So cute !!! Happy birthday” Athiya Shetty dropped a red heart emoji in the comment section. On the other hand, Raashii Khanna wrote, “Awww”.
Akansha & Sharan dating rumours started in February
Earlier in February, Akansha and Sharan’s dating rumours began doing rounds on the internet. However, neither of them reacted to the reports. A source close to them had told Hindustan Times that they are dating for sure. “She gushes every time you talk about Sharan or even mention his name. I don’t think they are even trying to hide their relationship. In fact, they are quite open about it, at least in their social circle,” said the source.
Meanwhile, Akansha made her acting debut with Netflix’s Guilty co-starring Kiara Advani. She was last seen in Monica, O My Darling co-starrring Rajkummar Rao, Radhika Apte and Huma Qureshi.Sharan, on the other hand, made his directorial debut with Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. He is busy directing his next Mr and Mrs Mahi which stars Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.
