After several link up rumours, Bollywood beauty Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha finally made their relationship official last month. The love birds got engaged in a royal ceremony held at the Kapurthala House in Delhi. Before exchanging rings in the presence of their loved ones, Raghav and Parineeti performed Ardaas. Much to the delight of fans, earlier this week the couple shared beautiful photographs from the same. Parineeti and Raghav were all smiles as they greeted Jathedar of the Akal Takht Sahib, Singh Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh Ji, whereas the actress’ father was caught having an emotional moment.

Today, the two shared unseen snaps from their engagement ceremony on social media. While Priyanka Chopra Jonas performed rituals, Parineeti’s brothers Sahaj and Shivang joined the much in love couple. In the caption below, the actress revealed when she knew Raghav was the one for her. Pari shared, “When you know, you know. One breakfast together and I knew – I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful and inspiring. His support, humour, wit and friendship are pure joy. He is my home. Our engagement party was like living a dream – a dream unfurling beautifully amidst love, laughter, emotion and loads of dancing!”
Raghav’s heartfelt note for Parineeti
Raghav also penned a heartwarming note for his fiancé, which was full of love. He wrote: “And one fine day, this beautiful girl entered my life, adding a colourful dash of smiles, laughter and sparkle to brighten it up, and whose gentle, reassuring embrace promised eternal love and support. No wonder our engagement was such a happy occasion where tears of joy, laughter, happiness and merry dancing brought our loved ones even closer – quintessentially the Punjabi way.”
Parineeti and Raghav met while studying in London. But it was last year that they fell in love on the sets of Chamkila in Punjab.
