Ever since it was announced that Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor have collaborated on a love story, fans’ excitement was on another level. Earlier, the makers offered a first glimpse of the actors’ palpable chemistry in Bawaal via a first-look poster. And now, the much-awaited teaser of the film has been unveiled and it hints at a tragic love story.
Teaser gave us sneak peek of romance
The short clip gave a sneak peek into romance-filled moments between Varun and Janhvi. They look into each other’s eyes, smile and dance together. But something happens which leaves them upset. Janhvi could be heard saying, “Maine apne rishte ko samajhne mein itna waqt lagadia, jab samjha to khone ka waqt aa chuka tha (I took so much time in understanding our relationship that when I actually understood it, it was time to lose it).”Towards the end of the teaser, the two could be seen yearning for each other while they get trapped in a jail-like place with several other people. The film’s teaser says, “Every love story has its own war.”

The movie is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and slated to release on 21st July
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film has been shot in Berlin, Poland, Amsterdam, Paris, Krakow, Warsaw along with Lucknow and two other cities in India. Talking about his upcoming film, Nitesh said that the film has a captivating storyline, dramatic visuals and absolutely amazing chemistry between the lead talent Varun and Janhvi. For the unversed, the film marks Varun and Janhvi’s first collaboration together on screen. Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, the film is slated to stream on Amazon Prime Video on July 21, 2023.
