The Tooth Pari teaser, starring Shantanu Maheshwari and Tanya Maniktala, is evidence that love can bite.
After winning hearts with Gangubai Kathiawadi, the very cute and very versatile Shantanu Maheshwari is now busy gearing up for his next project. Titled Tooth Pari , the upcoming web series is an unexpected switch of genres for him as well as his talented co-star Tanya Maniktala . While Shantanu will be seen as a dentist in the fantasy thriller, Tanya will be portraying the role of a vampire. Yes, you read that right. Well, much to our delight the trailer has been launched today and it is far from anything netizens expected.
All about the much-anticipated trailer
It begins with Rumi arriving at Dr Roy’s clinic because she has a broken tooth. He sets out to fix it and along the way ends up falling in love with her. But she’s a total mystery. It is soon revealed that she is a rebellious vampire. We expected this film to follow their romance after watching the short and sweet teaser. But the trailer has now given us a glimpse into this rollercoaster ride which is much more intense than a romantic drama. This is because Roy isn’t the only one who can’t stop thinking about Rumi– she is being hunted by an underground coven of vampire slayers called Cutmundus.
Interesting reactions afloat on social media
After watching the trailer, we can confidently predict that this is a web series to look out for. It has all the elements to make it a perfect show to binge-watch. Many netizens out there hundred per cent agree with us.
