Muskan Bamne, Paras Kalnawat’s former Anupamaa co-star, makes a subtle jab at him for saying the set of the show was toxic.
It is not a hidden fact that not all has been well between actor Paras Kalnawat and the makers of Anupamaa ever since he quit the show to participate in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. He has occasionally hinted about the makers of the show along with his former co-stars not being ‘supportive’ enough of him. Paras recently made yet another controversial statement on Anupamaa but this time, his former co-star from the show Muskan Bamne took a slight dig at him for the same.

Talking about the same, Paras Kalnawat recently commented, “80 percent of the cast of Anupamaa would want to exit if given an opportunity.” In his interaction with a publication, he also called the work environment on the sets of Anupamaa to be toxic. Now, Muskan Bamne who played his sister on the show has rubbished his allegations and on the contrary, praised the working conditions on the sets. Muskan told Hindustan Times, “There’s nothing problematic with the environment of the show. It’s all good and in fact, I really enjoy working there. There has never been an issue with payments etc and we always get our cheques on time and there is nothing for us to worry about with that aspect either.”

Furthermore, Muskan said that she does not know why Paras is saying these things about the show. She went on to add, “There isn’t any issue with the makers as such but some time back, Paras had signed (dance reality show) Jhalak Dikhla Ja and abruptly quit Anupamaa in the middle. According to me, it was all sorted. So, I don’t know why he is saying all these things that he is saying now.”
Muskan Bamne alleged that her former co-star might have left due to his personal problems rather than any toxicity on the sets of Anupamaa. She said, “I do not indulge in a lot of things that happen on the set. I mind my work and spend the rest of my time with my uncle. So, I do not know the details. And if you ask me, it’s more about each their own. Sabka alag alag experience hota hai. So, perhaps Paras left because of his own problems and not the environment of the show.”

Earlier, Paras Kalnawat also took a jibe at Anupamaa’s lead star Rupali Ganguly for not contacting him after he was ousted from the show. However, his decision to leave the show for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 did not go in vain since his dancing skills were appreciated on the show. On the work front, he is currently seen in Kundali Bhagya.
